Caroline Bragg, Head of Policy at the Association for Decentralised Energy (ADE), said:
It's great to see money out of the door towards making our buildings fit for net zero and the ADE strongly supports the Local Authority Delivery scheme and the Homes Upgrades Grant.
There is such a significant opportunity for UK Plc in retrofitting our homes and workplaces. Now, we need to build on the momentum we now have from COP and the Heat and Buildings Strategy to address the huge potential for higher income homeowners to invest in the energy performance of their homes.
