ADE Response | Open Networks 2022 Workplan Consultation

On the 19th of October 2021, Open Networks launched a consultation on their preliminary high-level scope document for their 2022 Workplan. The ADE submitted a response to this consultation on the 23rd of November.
The ADE's response can be downloaded below, as well as a supporting position paper on carbon monitoring and signals in flexibility markets (please note, this position paper is preliminary and submitted only for initial discussion).
